PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you enroll in the Learning 2018 Conference, certain Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is collected, including Name, Business Address, Email Address and Phone Number. Payment information such as Credit Card Data may also be collected. Enrollment data is maintained by Learning 2018 for the purpose of communication and marketing of internal events only. It is not ever shared with other entities or used for marketing of non-affiliated events.
Security of your Data
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.
Learning2018.com uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone and how you were referred to our site, to Google servers in the United States. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.
We use the Device Analytics Data that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
