Teaching Employees How to be Smart Learners: Learn to Learn

Many organizations are asking employees to take charge of their own development and decide what and when they want to learn (in addition to any mandated, "click-next" training). With that in mind, it's time we move beyond the traditional design of catalogues/course offerings and start providing employees with strategies for how to learn smarter. Let’s move the needle toward building a true learning culture and enable employees to take development into their own hands.
