Learning Festivals: Celebrating Employee-Created Content

Everyone has something to teach. "Slalom City Limits" was created to provide our employees a virtual stage to share their experience and expertise – to grab a piece of the spotlight! We modeled it after a fun and universal experience – music festivals – and it has become an annual event celebrating our stories, sharing knowledge of shifting trends, and improving our internal thought leadership. We also ended up with one hell of a Spotify channel.
